  Wonderful staff, very helpful and happy to be there. Beautiful place, too. Most Starbucks are pretty nice, but this one was fancy. :)

  I am at this Starbucks every single Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, always order the exact same thing yet 8 out of 10 times THEY DO NOT HAVE COLD BREW ! Do your frickin job, it's just not that hard! Who is the DM here? Where is the leadership? Employees NEVER seem happy, motivated or glad to see anyone and always chaos. Too bad they can't be as stellar as the Starbucks I go to Monday through Wednesday in Frisco off Eldorado and the tollway. That manager Pammie is pure excellence and her staff reflects her standards. Shame on you Terrell Starbucks you simply don't live up to the mission statement of your company. Wish I were your DM. There would be change

  I worked at a Starbucks for two years and I would like to say that Cody is one of the best front register employee I've seen. Very calm, polite, and talkative. He was able to flow through the customers quickly without a rushed/uninvited feel. Our drinks were good as well!

  The night manager was absolutely great to my kids on 1/13/17 he didn't have to give them a discount but did .
